We suggest you should have a minimum of THB 2,000,000 or USD 60,000 to find a suitably maintained apartment with amenities in Koh Samui.

Generally yes, we have many clients that prefer to buy existing properties rather than off plan. We can help sell your apartment or property should you choose to.

You will generally have to pay a property maintenance fee or CAM fee. This is a fee towards maintaining the communal areas such as the gym, swimming pool, spa, sauna, reception, corridors, lifts, parking lot etc.
