The directors at Samui Exclusive have over 30 year’s combined experience in property investments, real estate sales, purchases and management.

They started buying property in the late 90’s and since then been managing their own portfolios in the United Kingdom, Europe, United Arab Emirates and Thailand.

They draw on their experiences across multiple countries and through differing economical conditions.

Their own portfolio has been constructed with a blended approach for investment yield and others for capital growth.

Ricardo Schenke - Founder

Motivated & inspired, Ricardo is a Sales & Real Estate professional with over 15 years of international work experience.

Born in Holland, Ricardo developed his skills from his family run business in Rotterdam which was established in 1984, before starting his career in the Middle East. In Dubai, he facilitated a broker role with an established Real Estate company, this provided him with the platform to evolve into Real Estate, Sales, Investments and Client relations.

People are his passion and his dynamic approach ensures the client is at the forefront of business. Now an experienced sales proficient individual, he has successfully utilised experience across companies in both the B2B and B2C markets to develop revenues and relationships.

Ricardo always aims to exceed the client’s expectations by providing them the best return on their investments and by giving them an amazing experience of stay.
